- Please ensure that you have selected the correct item before carting out. We will not be able to amend and cancel any orders once orders are confirmed.

- Before confirming the order, always check that you have provided us with the correct and complete address to ensure prompt delivery of your parcel.

- We do not accept responsibility if an item says delivered by the postal service but customer claims to not have it. This will have to be taken up between customers and the postal service. We will accept responsibility if we put in a wrong address from what was given to us

- We accept payments via Paypal, Credit card, Debit Card on the website, as well as local bank transfers on Line@ and Instagram direct message.

- If Paypal is selected, the transaction is required a currency conversion, Paypal will use a retail exchange rate (the wholesale cost of foreign currency as dominated by an outside financial institution) plus a conversion charge of 4.5%.

- If local bank transfer is selected, the order will be held for 24 hours for payment. The order is not confirmed until payment has been made and verified. After the transfer made, the customer needs to send bank transfer slip back to us via Line@ or Instagram as proof of successful payment.

- For payment not made within the stipulated time frame, the order will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

- Orders shipping in Thailand will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

- For international order, once confirmed, the item will be processed and shipped within 14 business days or sooner.
